88fp (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "88fp") is an online betting and casino platform operated for Bangladeshi players. 4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made within the specified time after registration and the applicable promotion code (if any) must be used.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) — meaning to withdraw from the bonus amount, you must place bets totalling that amount multiplied by 20.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion can only be applied to one account once.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; they can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement is met.
• If the same promotion is claimed from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• 88fp reserves the right to change or cancel promotion terms at any time.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected with the intent of exploiting bonus benefits, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting event. These limits are displayed in the game interface and 88fp may change them at any time.

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Results

A bet once confirmed generally cannot be cancelled. 88fp reserves the right to cancel any bet placed with incorrect odds or under erroneous conditions due to a technical error.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

For cricket betting, bets can be placed on various events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or irregularly influenced, 88fp will make decisions regarding the relevant bets at its own discretion.

5.4 Finality of Game Results

All game results are determined based on verified server data. If a game is incomplete during a technical disruption, the bets for that round will be cancelled and funds returned.

88fp offers weekly cashback across three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular active play. Cashback is added to the account every Monday at a set time. Wagering conditions may also apply to cashback amounts.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Playing games using unauthorized automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Deliberately designing bets with the intent of exploiting bonus benefits.
• Processing funds obtained through illegal means on the platform (money laundering).

8.1 Closure by User

Any player may request the closure of their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw the eligible balance in the account will be provided before closure.

If these terms and conditions are violated, or due to legal obligations, 88fp may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance charge may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with the applicable policy. Players will be notified by email in advance.
